Policies
Late Policy
If you are running late, please call or text me as soon as possible to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate but, if you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $15 charge. If you are more than 20 min late I will ask you to reschedule as I won't be able to complete the service without running late for my next guest.
Cancellations
I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% service fee will be charged. I understand life happens but last minute changes leave no room to allow replacement bookings.
I realize that we do see heavy weather here, however my cancellation policy does still stand unless the major highways are closed or schools are cancelled then I will waive the cancellation fee.
Redo Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue.
