Late Policy

If you are running late, please call or text me as soon as possible to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate but, if you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $15 charge. If you are more than 20 min late I will ask you to reschedule as I won't be able to complete the service without running late for my next guest.

Cancellations

I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% service fee will be charged. I understand life happens but last minute changes leave no room to allow replacement bookings.

I realize that we do see heavy weather here, however my cancellation policy does still stand unless the major highways are closed or schools are cancelled then I will waive the cancellation fee.

Redo Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know as soon as possible and I'm happy to correct the issue within 7 days of your visit.
